Never tried Yoga before? Then this class is for you! This is a gentle flow where we take time to explore different asana´s (body positions) and talk about yogic principles that can help you to reduce stress and let go of unwanted baggage. This is a great class if you are an intermediate or experienced practitioner and want to deepen your practice, as well.

ALL LEVEL/ SURFERS & ATHELETS
Surfing demands a lot of flexibility and balance, strength and focus. Yoga and surfing therefore make a killer combo! Yoga will help you to significantly improve your surfing skills by building core strength, increasing your flexibility and range of motion and improving balance and body awareness. You will learn breathing techniques, that will allow you to move through the water with more ease and you will reduce the risk of injury by stretching.

OPEN LEVEL / YOGA FOR EVERYONE
This is an open class for Yogis of all ages, backgrounds and levels of experience. Different variations will guarantee, that this class will offer a unique and full-filling experience for everybody. The cafe will be open after class, so come, hang out with us and enjoy delicious vegan treats.
RATES:
All courses, workshops and events can be booked and paid online or in person at the studio. Unfortunately online payment, via paypal, is possible in Euro only, however the amount will be transferred to ZAR automatically.
Drop in: R 130 / 8 Euro
5 Class Card: R 600/ 40 Euro
OPENING HOURS CAFE:
Whilst you are able to purchase refreshments and goodies from our boutique store at any time, food will only be served during these opening hours, as well as on special occasions (please see events calender for further details)
